Christmas Day 2026, in the Gardens. Join us for a long, shared lunch at The Observatory, surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Start with a glass of Champagne on arrival, then settle in for plates made for passing around the table: Crystal Bay prawns, maple-glazed ham with pickled cherries, gold band snapper, free-range porchetta and a vanilla ricotta cheesecake to finish.

Good to Know
When can I book?
Christmas Day lunch bookings are available from 11am to 2:30pm. Tables booked between 11am and 12pm are reserved for two and a half hours.
What's included?
$179 per adult includes a glass of Champagne on arrival and our shared Christmas Day menu. A vegetarian menu is available at the same price.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children aged 4 to 12 are $69 each, including a festive non-alcoholic drink on arrival, shared starters, a kids’ main and dessert.
How does payment work?
Christmas Day bookings are fully prepaid at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days before (by Friday 18 December) receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
